The Thirteenth Year for me is the best movie of 1999. It would be hard to find another performance made this good. The Thirteenth Year stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. When I saw The Thirteenth Year online for the first time, I was really surprised. Duwayne Dunham is the person who made The Thirteenth Year such amazing movie. The sum of small details is incredible. The Thirteenth Year really impressed me. It just set the new standard for Comedy movies. Great fun is guaranteed, enjoy watching it.
