Brilliant movie from 2011 year, a classic History movie. It would be hard to find another performance made this good. The Lady stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. When I saw The Lady online for the first time, I was really surprised. Luc Besson is the person who made The Lady such amazing movie. The sum of small details is incredible. The Lady really impressed me. It just set the new standard for History movies. Great fun is guaranteed, enjoy watching it.

The movie tells the story of Aung San Suu Kyi, the daughter of a martyred Burmese general, who returns to her homeland and becomes the core of Burma's democracy movement, and her relationship with her husband, writer Michael Aris.
