This is just a brilliant film, Maari is a timeless piece of art... If the viewer doesn't like Action type of movies, he will watch the whole movie and still I'm sure he will have great fun. Maari gave me goosebumps. Before watching Maari I thought it is just average movie, I was wrong!. Film with best plot ever, best directing and really good chosen actors. I liked all the characters, even the evil side, especially Dhanush. Maari will live with us forever. No matter how many years passed. It's a modern classic movie, 2015 year is all yours Maari. Maari is a living masterpiece. This movie is an art, at it's very best form.

The movie follows Maari, a local rowdy, who apparently rose to fame after killing a rival rowdy, as he develops feelings for his business partner while dealing with a police inspector trying to collect enough proof to put Maari behind the bars.
