Flowers for Algernon was a big surprise of 2000. It would be hard to find another performance made this good. Flowers for Algernon stands out above all other films I've seen at least for last 5 years. When I saw Flowers for Algernon online for the first time, I was really surprised. Jeff Bleckner is the person who made Flowers for Algernon such amazing movie. The sum of small details is incredible. Flowers for Algernon really impressed me. It just set the new standard for Sci-Fi movies. Great fun is guaranteed, enjoy watching it.
