It's the most known movie made in United States. By far, 50/50 is one of the best online movie I have ever seen before. One word, outstanding!. 50/50 has a reputation of one of the best movies of it's times. I'm the greatest fan of Jonathan Levine and 50/50 for me is his best movie. I loved whole cast of 50/50, even the enemies of the main character.
